Mark joined Liberum in July 2021 as Co-Head of M&A from his own boutique corporate finance firm.
Mark has nearly 30 years’ experience at Stifel, EY, HSBC, Hill Samuel and PwC.
Mark has led advisory assignments for public, private and private equity clients across a wide variety of transactions, both in the UK and internationally, including public market and private M&A, equity issuance, distressed M&A and restructuring and has transacted across a multitude of sectors, including consumer and retail, industrials, support services, TMT and financial services.
Mark qualified as a Chartered Accountant with PwC and has a degree in Management Sciences from the University of Warwick.
