Rebecca is General Counsel at Liberum and is also a member of the Risk & Regulatory Committee.
Rebecca joined Liberum in 2015 from law firm Lawrence Graham (now Gowling WLG). Her practice there included advising clients in a wide variety of sectors on IPOs and secondary financings (both Main Market and AIM), public company takeovers and domestic and cross border private M&A. She also advised companies on general company law issues including corporate governance obligations, joint ventures and commercial contracts.
